About Us

Meet the Trainer

Hi, Im John. I’m a Personal Trainer from Mayo who is passionate about health and fitness. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. Within that time I have competed in 5 Men’s Physique shows. In all shows I have placed within top 3, including 2 first placings, and 1 over all title as a natural athlete.

I have a passion for helping people reach their goals in fitness while also improving their lifestyle and mindset.

With the correct knowledge, nutrition & training, I was able to transform my body without restrictions from everyday life and you can too! I promote a healthy, happy, manageable approach which results in long term sustainable lifestyle changes. I’ll provide you with expert knowledge based on what actually works.

How it works
Setting You Up Right to Succeed

1. INITIAL ASSESSMENT

The first step involved in seeing if we are a good fit for each other is to fill in an assessment form. It will discuss your goals, current diet, activity levels and more. This is an important step in order for us to create an appropriate strategy for you personally.

2. CONSULTATION CALL

After receiving your assessment form, we’ll book in a free consultation call. We will discuss your needs, your goals, lifestyle habits and diet to establish if we are a good fit with each other. This consultation can be via video, phone call or over a coffee.

3. START YOUR JOURNEY

After the call we can decide what plan works best for you and your individual goals. After confirming all the details, we will send you on our “Welcome Pack”. We’ll be there every step of the way to guide and motivate you. Can’t wait!
